As follows:

5:45 – alarm

6-7:30 – shower, read article for Friday and prep little outline to give to group, get ready

7:30 – go to hospital, print outline for article presenting today

7:45 – 8:45 – colpo conference

9 – 12:40 – high risk OB clinic

12:40-1 – obtain and eat lunch (salad, obviously)

1-7: Onc clinic

7:30 – 8:30 – tutor

9 – now – eat and continue prepping article for Friday and chapter

now – decide can no longer see straight and should wait up early and finish…

now + 1 min – write this

now + 3 min – lights out

alarm tmw – 5:30

didn’t exercise today, that is weird for me…

ps – this is the best way i can express what thoughts i have left now. I’m too tired to even use capitals unless it autocorrects for me.

  1. Hang in there! I’m forever grateful that doctors like you work as hard as you do. It benefits us all. Truly one of the most noble professions. Hope you get your runs or workouts in when you can!

  2. Suggestion- get out of bed at 5:45, work out from 6-6:45, shower and go to work. Glance over that article for Friday on way to and back and during the work out. Never ever spend more than a total of 1.5 hours prepping a presentation. They get better with time. Your lost sanity is never recovered. Always pick you first 🙂 miss you
